Jessica is a believer that while you hold the key to your own healing, finding a safe connection with others is often the jumping point. Jessica is a mental health therapist and coach with a masters in mental health counseling, as well as, a fine artist who has shown her work worldwide. She is also a lover of animals and is certified as an equine facilitated therapist. Working with animals taught Jessica the power of mindfulness and being present to the world around us while also listening to the softer voices of our soul. Jessica assists others in channelling their energy to improve their lives while gently letting go of and replacing maladaptive patterns that no longer serve them.
